Tucson is surrounded by 4 major mountain ranges and our hikes will take you absolutely gorgeous views with a variety of terrain, landscape, and hidden treasures (waterfalls & secret pools!). Hikes are 5 – 10 miles in duration and require intermediate level of fitness. Cascade Mountain Tech Hiking poles are provided for your use during the retreat.
Daily outdoor yoga with the sun on your back and the awe-inspiring views of the mountains. A variety of yoga styles are incorporated throughout the retreat to improve strength, flexibility, posture, and balance as well as relieve tension and stress. Focus is always on doing what feels good for YOUR body.
We incorporate two group sessions of core focused strength training. Improved muscle activation and balance is essential to maintaining healthy muscles & joints.
All meals are homemade & mostly vegan. What you put in your body directly impacts your overall well-being. Tasty appetizers, soups, stirfrys, entrees, and desserts will abound!
The retreat house has a full kitchen, laundry, wifi, and pool.
Registration is $850 per person based on double occupancy. This includes airport transfer, transportation during the retreat, meals & snacks, all activities, and entrance to the hiking parks. We ask that all participants book the same flight to Tucson so arrival and departures dates/times are the same. Otherwise, you will need to arrange transportation to/from the retreat house.
