You are a unique athlete. As your coach, I create a training program based on YOUR specific needs. No cookie cutter pre-designed plans. Therefore, constant communication is vital to our success as a team. In addition to email, phone, and in-person meetings (for locals), we will communicate daily via your online training calendar.

The traits that set me apart from most personal trainers & coaches are my wide variety of experience, educational background, holistic approach, nutritional focus, and unique motivational approach. Having worked extensively with a corporate population, I understand the work/life balance needs of the average business person.
